You will be responsible for the following
Prospecting for new businesses to develop relationships through sending proposal at Upwork
Building and maintaining a database with potentially interested prospects and following up on future business opportunities
Tracking and reporting on account activity
Qualifying leads and setting appointments for the Sales and Business Development Team
Explaining basic features and services being offered to the clients
Requirements
Speaking on English & Russian
Minimum of 1 years experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Leads Generation Specialist
Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Goal focused
Proactive with strong work ethics
Passion about enterprise SaaS, finance, and real estate
Willing to put in the work with emails, messages etc to source potential customers
An entrepreneurial and persuasive spirit
Unafraid of rejection
Sustained comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up
